Overview

Andrew accepts briefs to appear and advise in all areas of commercial disputes and litigation.

His practice includes contractual and commercial disputes, corporate and insolvency law, and equity and property matters. He appears led and unled in the Supreme Court and Federal Court, as well as appearing unled in lower courts and tribunals.

Prior to coming to the bar in 2017, Andrew was a solicitor at Whittens & McKeough, a specialist commercial and corporate law firm, where he worked and advised on Supreme Court and Federal Court matters involving contract law claims, shareholder oppression suits, securities class actions, consumer law penalty proceedings, administrative law applications, and applications for final and interlocutory injunctive relief.

Andrew was the tipstaff to Justice White of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015.
