Overview

Anya practices across regulatory, intellectual property, commercial and public law. She is experienced in complex proceedings and investigations.

She has represented and advised commercial and government clients in matters involving financial services laws, AML/CTF, competition, contractual disputes, and judicial review. She appears both led and unled.

Before being called to the Bar, Anya was a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor, where she assisted the Financial Services Royal Commission. Prior to that, Anya was an Associate to Justice Jagot in the Federal Court of Australia.

Anya holds a Masters of Law from Columbia University (James Kent Scholar) and a Bachelor of Laws (1st Class) and a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences (University Medal) from the University of Sydney.
