Mark was employed as a legislative draftman in the office of the Parliamentary Counsel (NSW) between 1977 until 1982. Mark was subsequently admitted as a barrister in NSW and is recognised as practicing in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, deceased estates & family provision, civil liabilities and building disputes.
