Sarah has over 26 years’ experience in Chambers and over 19 as a Senior Clerk.

Procedure

The barrister instructed will be able to advise you how to contact the court so as to arrange a hearing with the Duty Judge and any relevant documents.

For your assistance, it is likely that you will be asked whether any relevant Practice Note has been complied with. Accordingly, unless you are already familiar with them, please refer to the Practice Notes.

Additionally, and so far as possible, detailed instructions from the client and any relevant documentation should be provided to the relevant barrister as soon as possible.
